Company Policies

Terms of Payment: Payment is due in full 30 days after invoice date. All accounts not paid within this billing cycle are considered past due and a charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) will be applied. Please pay from invoice as statements are sent every 60 days. Prices: All prices are subject to change by our suppliers. All items will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment.

Returned Merchandise: All returned items require an RGA number. To receive a number call Accounts Receivable. You will be asked for original invoice number, the part number(s) and quantity of the item being returned, and the reason for the return.

Any return made within 15 days of shipment will not be charged a restocking fee. After 15 days a 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all stock items. Absolutely no returned goods will be accepted after 90 days. All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice whether returned by mail, UPS, or at the parts counter.

Special Orders: We will be happy to order items that are not stock items with Fassco Equipment. However, special orders may not be cancelled. Special orders are not returnable under any circumstances.

Claims: Inspect for damage or shortage in shipment as soon as order is received. All damaged shipments from UPS should be reported to UPS. Please call Fassco Equipment to report shortages in shipment.

Customer Pick-Up: We are glad to offer customer pick-ups when the order is presented to us on company order blank, stationery, or purchase order. No pick-up will be allowed unless authorized in you writing. UPS Shipments: We will make every attempt to process stock orders (when they are received by 12:00 noon) the same day. You should receive shipment in 1-2 days.

Same Day Shipments by UPS: Fassco Equipment takes pride in offering many customers same day shipment by UPS. Overnight or Saturday delivery can be provided at an additional charge. Charge for Third Party Sales: When a dealer sends a customer to us and we do the actual selling, the billing to the dealer will reflect a penalty.

Service Charge: Any employee of Fassco Equipment leaving Fassco Equipment for the purpose of servicing equipment will be paid by the receiver of the service at the rate of $50.00 per hour will the travel time included. This charge may be dismissed for services deemed warranty by Fassco Equipment .

Warranty: Fassco Equipment , Inc. manufactured products and assemblies are warranted for one year form date of shipment to the original purchaser, as determined by our records, against defects in material or workmanship only. No warranty, express or implied, extends beyond this one year period.

Products reported within the warranty period must be returned to Fassco Equipment shipped prepaid. They will be returned shipping collect.

Products, assemblies and parts supplied at Fassco Equipment , Inc. by other manufacturers and vendors are subject to warranty. Claims for these will process and warranty extended only upon approval.
